As a real estate agent we have ideas that you may not have thought of yourself. For example keeping water from your home may be an easy fix that was overlooked. A couple of inexpensive ideas could be creating a Water Garden that collects the rain water giving your shrubs and plantings natures drink. Another easy fix is adding extensions to the downspouts of your home. A more expensive system would be building a french drain system around the perimeters of the exterior of the home. This is costly but a great measure in keeping your lower level dry.
